According to a report on SA Latest News, a 73-year-old Christian man in Zimbabwe has d!ed after attempting to emulatate Jesus Christ by fasting for 40 days and 40 nights.

A FIRM believer in Christianity intended to fast for 40 days and 40 nights like Jesus Christ but is understood to have been reported de@d on what was to be his 30th day of fasting.

Khulu Reinfirst Manyuka (73) reportedly left home on 15 June this year headed to the bush to conduct prayers, redirecting his attention to God, away from things of the earth.

Ace comedian Basketmouth sometime last week said he wasn't happy with popular singer Sean Tizzle. That he had helped Sean Tizzle secure contracts for three shows but when he called on him to perform at his own show, the pop act allegedly gave him a ridiculous price.

Because of that, the comedian said he blacklisted Sean from all his shows. However in an exclusive chat with Saturday Beats, Tizzle, through his manager, said that he was never contacted by Basketmouth. He said that he learnt about the development when the news broke.
He said:

     “It is cool that everything is out there. If Basketmouth has any issue with me, I would have expected that he would call me and speak with me. I see Basketmouth as an uncle. If he called anybody from my management team, there should be verification and if he did not like what they told him, he could have called me to inform me.

A woman who landed her 'perfect' job was fired half an hour later after the company learned she had a tattoo on her hand. Claire Shepherd applied for the role of retail merchandiser at logistics centre Dee Set in her home city of Swansea, Wales. Clearly impressed with her experience, the 27-year-old was offered the position after passing a telephone interview with 'flying colours'.

However, after discovering that Claire had inkings on her hand - which would be difficult to cover up - the firm backtracked and said they could not hire her as the design may 'cause offence'.

After three days in the den of kidn@ppers, the former Secretary to the Government of Federation (SGF) Chief Olu Falae, on Thursday afternoon regained freedom.

Falae, who is a Chieftain of Afenifere, was abdu.cted on Monday afternoon by suspected herdsmen at his farmland in Ilado, Akure North Government area of Ondo state.

The rescued team was led by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr. Solomon Arase, who arrived the state on Thursday morning. Arase, reportedly led other policemen to the farm of Falae, where he
was later rescued from his abduct0rs.

It was not clear if the policemen and Falae’s kidnappers engaged in gun battle before the elder statesman was released. But, it was gathered that Falae was rescued in a bush in Owo Local government, DailyPost reports.
